Alaska

Yesterday I talked to a woman in intercultural ministries about Alaska and she mentioned several missionaries there and what they do. She said that some of them were here at General Council. She gave me their information to contact them. Then, while I was recording podcasts in the USM booth, there was a guest to the speaker on stage from Anchorage! Then I bumped into Josh Wellborn from Fenton and he said, "Hey, aren't you guys moving to Alaska?". Then last night while I went up to the mall to grab something from the food court, I bumped into the lady from intercultural ministries and she talked to the missionaries and said they'd love to meet me.

Something Amazing

Tonight, I'm sitting on the turf at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis. At this very moment, sitting, hearing the gentle passionate praise of 12000 young people calling out to their God. Their God. God, our Christ, Savior... Lord. I can't help but feel the breath of my God as such a choir praises Him. The whisper of my King enveloped in voices heard by angels. Father. Abba. I can't help but be stripped bare, wholly through, laying open in the hands of One, who warmly smiles upon the truest worship of His name. God, Father, Savior, Jesus, King, Lord, Abba, Yahweh.
